Because We're Happy! |
Staff enjoy working at Ibis, we drive the culture by creating pride and joy in the workplace. There is a lot to do, but we have fun too. General Manager Stephen J. LoGiudice says "I'm a big believer that if you're not happy at work, you're not going to make the Members happy."

Etiquette & Guest Policy |
Tennis EtiquetteSo that you and your fellow Members can fully enjoy the tennis experience here at Ibis, please remember the following rules: - Wait until it is your time to play before entering the court area.
- If you need to stretch and loosen up, please use the Fitness Center or the areas outside of the fence.
- When entering or leaving the court, remember that the adjacent players could be in the middle of a point, so keep the conversations to a minimum.
- Use the benches for storing personal belongings and keep the chairs free for players to sit during a changeover.
- When leaving, please use the receptacles to discard your cups and tennis ball cans.
- Please yield to the next group at the appropriate time, regardless of your score.
- When making a court reservation, remember that Doubles have priority over Singles between 8:30–11 a.m.
- Players may not make multiple reservations. When a player has finished play, he/she may sign up for the next available court in the Sports Shop.
Guest PolicyAll tennis guests must be registered at the Sports Shop prior to play. All guests are subject to a daily guest fee. Unaccompanied guests will need to carry a valid guest pass. "Day Guests" are guests who live within a 50-mile radius and are limited to using the Club no more than six times between November 1 and April 30. While a "House Guest" is not limited to six times per season, he or she is still subject to guest fees and should still be registered at the Sports Shop prior to play. If you have any questions about the guest policy, please contact the Sports Shop at 561.625.8500, ext. 8900.
RegistrationRegistration for Tennis and Pickleball is required through Chelsea, by calling 561.625.8500 ext. 8900, or emailing [email protected]. All guests are required to have a guest pass and accompanying Members are required to check their guest in at the Sports Shop desk prior to play. Guests must have their own equipment. After moving to Ibis and never having picked up a tennis racquet, my husband and I decided to take advantage of Ibis' premier tennis facility. We excitedly started the Saturday morning beginner clinic where we received amazing tennis instruction, enjoyed a good workout, and had fun!! |

The CORE4 |
Our core values (“The Core4”) represent Ibis’s greatest asset, our people. No matter our background, job title or expertise, we share a set of common standards, work ethic, and beliefs. Like a tree, each branch represents a different department, each leaf a different job title; but at our core, we are all rooted in the same belief system and driven by our Common Purpose.

I had not played tennis since high school. I am 68 and started again at Ibis three years ago. The teaching staff, the events, the whole facility is first class. I am enjoying so much the game and my fellow players that it keeps me young, healthy and motivated. I encourage anyone who has left tennis to reconsider the game. Ibis tennis is part of a lifestyle. Chuck and his team will make you enjoy the game, whatever your level. |

Community |
Begin your day with an invigorating round of golf on our pristine courses, a game of doubles on one of our sixteen tennis courts or seven pickleball courts, or an energizing workout or refreshing swim at the Tennis & Fitness Center. Afterwards, enjoy a hearty lunch at Amici or The Atrium, an afternoon cocktail at The Pub, an elegant dinner in Panache.

Corporate Citizenship |
We have a heart for service, both inside and outside our Club. Joining together with the entire Ibis community of residents and Members, our team is making a difference in Palm Beach County and having fun while doing it!

We played mostly on public courses throughout the country and enjoyed the variety these venues gave us. However, once we settled in at Ibis, we became like "kids in a candy store." |
